The Maximum Istanbul experience
3 days. 2 nights. Every detail considered.
You travel to Istanbul for your hair transplant. We help coordinate the details around it — from airport arrival and hotel check-in to your treatment day, first wash and return transfer. A clear schedule. Personal guidance. More space to focus on what matters.
Your schedule is confirmed individually after travel and medical planning. Flights are not included.
The itinerary at a glance
- 01
Day 01
Arrive. Settle in.
- 02
Day 02
Your treatment. Full attention.
- 03
Day 03
First wash. Return home.
Three days built around one purpose: giving your treatment the time, preparation and follow-up it needs. Your exact timings may differ according to arrival airport, clinical assessment and the treating medical team’s schedule.
03 Day 01 — Arrival in Istanbul
Land. Meet. Check in.
Your journey begins when you land at Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW). Your planned airport transfer takes you to the arranged accommodation, where you can settle in before your treatment. Our team shares your next-day schedule and any preparation instructions you need to follow.
If a pre-treatment consultation or testing is required on arrival day, this will be arranged according to your individual medical plan. Do not assume every patient follows exactly the same timetable.
04 Day 02 — Your treatment day
One day. Your full focus.
At the hospital, the medical team reviews your health information and suitability before proceeding. Your hairline and treatment areas are assessed, the plan is discussed, and the procedure takes place with the appropriate medical supervision.
For suitable scalp patients, our standard approach combines Sapphire FUE and DHI where clinically appropriate. The precise technique, graft number and treatment scope depend on your individual assessment.
Maximum Istanbul schedules no more than two hair-transplant patients per day. That is how we protect the time and attention required for individual planning and care. After the procedure, you receive the first recovery instructions and return to your accommodation as advised.
05 Day 03 — First wash & departure
The first check matters.
Before your return journey, the team arranges your first post-treatment check and wash when appropriate for your clinical schedule. You receive guidance on washing, sleeping, medication and protecting the recipient and donor areas during your early recovery.
Your return airport transfer is coordinated around the agreed plan. Please do not book an early departure before our team confirms that your flight timing is suitable.
06 The complete €2,500 treatment standard
One complete standard. Not a menu of upgrades.
For eligible scalp hair-transplant patients, the published €2,500 treatment standard includes the planned procedure and the coordinated international visit. The experience is designed to bring treatment, accommodation, transport and early aftercare together in one clear plan.
Your personal quotation and written confirmation specify exactly what applies to you.

07 A hotel stay built around recovery
A place to rest. A plan that works.
After a hair transplant, convenience matters. Your accommodation is selected as part of the coordinated itinerary, so you can focus on rest rather than organizing a new city around a medical appointment. The confirmed hotel name, room type, check-in details and any companion arrangements will be shared before travel.
We do not promise a specific hotel, star rating or distance until it is confirmed for your booking.
08 Two airports. One clear arrival plan.
IST or SAW. We help you plan the arrival.
Istanbul is served by two major airports. The right flight is not necessarily the cheapest one or the earliest departure: arrival time, transfer distance, treatment schedule and return-flight timing all matter. Share your preferred flights with our team before you purchase them, and we can help you check whether they fit the proposed itinerary.
Transfers and schedules are coordinated in advance, subject to the confirmed booking.
09 Your trip is personal. Not a fixed script.
Three days is the framework. Your plan is individual.
Some patients need additional tests or specialist clearance. Some require more recovery time, a different consultation sequence or a longer stay. Your treating team determines medical suitability and advises on the appropriate timetable. We will explain changes before confirming the plan whenever possible.
10 What to arrange before you fly
Be ready before you board.
Once your treatment plan is provisionally agreed, our team will explain the next steps for medical information, scheduling and travel. Please tell us about medications, allergies, previous procedures and relevant health conditions accurately. Follow only the preparation and medication instructions provided by your treating medical team.
Check your passport validity, entry requirements and travel insurance independently. If you need a medical letter or additional tests, arrange them early.
Practical pre-travel checklist
- Send clear photos and your medical history for an initial review.
- Confirm dates and the proposed clinical schedule before purchasing flights.
- Share flight details, arrival airport and companion requirements.
- Check travel documents, visa/entry rules and insurance terms.
- Follow the treating team’s individualized preparation instructions.
- Confirm hotel, airport pickup details and the recommended return-flight window.
11 After you return home
The journey ends. The support does not.
The first few days after a transplant are only the beginning of recovery. You will receive written aftercare guidance and a way to contact the team with questions as healing progresses. Hair growth takes time; temporary shedding is common and results develop gradually over subsequent months.
If you notice severe pain, significant bleeding, fever or other concerning symptoms, seek urgent local medical care and inform the treating team. Remote messages are not a substitute for an in-person medical assessment.
12 The Maximum Standard, beyond the procedure
Expertise. Technology. Precision. Safety. Attention. Personalization. Care.
These are not seven extras. They are the principles behind the way we plan your treatment and coordinate your time in Istanbul. From your first conversation to your journey home, the details should feel considered — because they are.
13 FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How many days do I need in Istanbul for a hair transplant?
Our standard international itinerary is three days and two nights: arrival, treatment, then first wash and departure. Some patients may need additional time depending on medical needs and flight schedules.
Is the hotel included in the €2,500 price?
Two nights of arranged accommodation are part of the intended standard international plan for eligible scalp patients. Your written quotation will confirm the hotel and room arrangements.
Are airport transfers included?
Airport transfers are coordinated as part of the international plan, subject to your confirmed booking details. Please share whether you will arrive at IST or SAW.
Which Istanbul airport should I fly to?
Both Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) may be possible. The best option depends on flight times and your confirmed treatment itinerary.
Can I fly home the day after surgery?
That is the typical structure of the three-day itinerary, but the treating team must confirm that the planned first wash, check and departure timing are appropriate for you.
Can I book an early morning flight on day three?
Please confirm your flight time with us first. An early departure may conflict with the first wash or post-treatment assessment.
Do I need to stay longer than two nights?
Not usually under the standard plan, but additional medical evaluation, travel constraints or personal preferences may require a longer stay.
Can someone travel with me?
Yes, you can ask about travelling with a companion. Room occupancy, transfers and any companion costs should be confirmed before booking.
Is the hair transplant performed at the hotel?
No. The procedure is performed in the designated medical setting by the authorized treating team. The hotel is for accommodation and recovery.
Will I have a consultation before the procedure?
Yes. Your treatment requires clinical review and planning. The exact timing of the in-person assessment is confirmed with your itinerary.
Are flights included?
No. International flights are not included unless expressly stated in a personal written offer.
What if my medical assessment changes the treatment plan?
The treating medical team determines whether treatment is appropriate and what can safely be performed. We will discuss the revised plan and any travel implications with you.
How do I start planning my trip?
Send us your photos, basic medical information and preferred travel dates. We can explain the initial assessment and next scheduling steps.
Come for the treatment. Know the plan before you fly.
Tell us what you want to improve and when you are considering travelling. We will explain the assessment process, proposed treatment, available dates and how the three-day stay can be coordinated around your visit.
Initial photo-based assessments are provisional; final suitability and scope require medical review.
