Important information
Terms. Transparency. Responsibility.
Last updated: 15 October 2026
We want you to understand how this website works, what our information can and cannot tell you, and which details must be confirmed before you decide on treatment.
These website terms and medical notices are general information. Your written booking documents and the treating medical provider’s clinical explanations are separate and important.
02 Part A — Website terms & conditions
A1. Who operates this website
This website is operated by Maximum Istanbul (“Maximum Istanbul”, “we”, “us”). Contact: info@maximumistanbul.com.
We provide information and, where agreed, coordination services for international patients considering hair restoration in Istanbul. Hair transplant procedures and clinical decisions are provided by the relevant licensed treating medical provider. The provider’s legal name, facility details and responsibilities will be identified in the applicable patient documents before treatment.
A2. Acceptance and permitted use
By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its security, operation or availability. If you do not agree with these website terms, please stop using the website. These terms govern website use only unless a separate agreement expressly incorporates them.
A3. Information on the website
We work to keep information clear and current, but website descriptions, illustrations, availability, travel arrangements and indicative treatment information may change. Content is provided for general information and does not form a binding offer or guarantee of a particular medical outcome. Material changes affecting a confirmed booking are governed by the applicable written agreement and mandatory law.
A4. Requests for assessment
Submitting an enquiry or photographs does not create a doctor–patient relationship with Maximum Istanbul, confirm medical eligibility, reserve a treatment date or oblige either party to proceed. Any preliminary assessment based on photographs is limited by the information available and may be revised after a medical examination and review of your health history.
A5. Treatment quotations and €2,500 communication
Where our website refers to a €2,500 complete scalp hair transplant rate, that is a published indicative offer for eligible patients, subject to confirmation in an individual written quotation. The written quotation must identify the treatment scope, included services, exclusions, optional additions, currency, taxes where applicable, and any conditions. Do not rely on an estimated graft count or website price as a promise of a particular procedure or result.
Flights, companion costs, additional hotel nights, optional anaesthesia, medicines, laboratory tests, follow-up procedures and other items are included only if expressly listed in the written quotation.
A6. Booking, deposits, rescheduling and cancellation
A booking is confirmed only when we issue written confirmation under the applicable booking agreement. Any reservation payment, balance due date, accepted payment methods, cancellation fees, rescheduling rights, refunds and circumstances in which treatment cannot proceed must be explained in that agreement before payment.
This website does not impose a universal “non-refundable deposit” rule or a specific cancellation window. Such conditions must be approved, disclosed before payment and consistent with applicable consumer law. If a medical provider determines treatment is unsuitable, the consequences for payments and travel costs must follow the written agreement and applicable law.
A7. Travel, hotel and transfer coordination
If travel-related services are included in your individual offer, the written documents will explain what is arranged, by whom and subject to which conditions. Flight arrangements, passport and visa requirements, insurance, airport changes, airline delays and personal travel expenses remain matters to check before departure. A coordinated itinerary is not a guarantee against delays or disruption.
A8. Medical services and informed consent
Any medical procedure is subject to suitability assessment, the treating provider’s clinical judgment, and the patient’s informed consent. A treatment plan may be adjusted, postponed or declined when medically necessary. Clinical care is governed by the treating provider’s own medical documents, professional duties and applicable law, not solely by these website terms.
A9. Patient obligations and accurate information
Please provide accurate information when requesting an assessment, particularly where health conditions, medicines, allergies or previous procedures may affect suitability. Do not stop prescribed medicines or alter treatment on the basis of website content. Follow the treating medical provider’s individualized pre- and post-operative instructions.
A10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, website text, original design elements, branding and authorized images are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial use. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit website materials without permission, except where permitted by law.
A11. Third-party services and links
This website may link to external websites or use third-party services such as messaging, maps, analytics or payment providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control their independent content or policies. Any consumer rights against a supplier remain unaffected.
A12. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information, including photographs and health-related enquiries, may be processed. Our Cookie Policy explains website tracking and your choices. Review both notices before submitting sensitive information.
A13. Website availability and security
We aim to keep the website available and secure, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. We may update, suspend or correct parts of the website when necessary. Nothing in these terms excludes duties that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable data-protection obligations.
A14. Liability and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Maximum Istanbul is not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate information supplied by a visitor, misuse of the website or independent third-party services. This clause does not exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, personal injury where applicable, or mandatory consumer and patient rights. Clinical liability is determined by the relevant facts, provider relationships and applicable law; it cannot be shifted by a blanket website disclaimer.
A15. Applicable law, disputes and updates
The applicable law, competent courts, consumer dispute mechanisms and any mandatory cross-border protections will be determined in accordance with applicable legislation and the relevant agreement. We may update these website terms, with the revision date displayed on this page. Changes do not retroactively override confirmed contractual rights.
A16. Contact about these terms
For questions about website terms, a written quotation or booking documentation, contact info@maximumistanbul.com. For medical concerns, follow the treating provider’s instructions and appropriate medical channels.
18 Part B — Medical disclaimer
B1. General information, not medical advice
The information on this website is for general educational and service-information purposes. It is not a medical diagnosis, individualized treatment recommendation or substitute for an in-person assessment by a qualified healthcare professional. Hair restoration is a medical procedure and may not be suitable for everyone.
B2. Who provides medical care
Maximum Istanbul coordinates enquiries and patient arrangements as described in its written service documents. Medical examinations, clinical decisions, treatment, prescribing and post-operative medical care are the responsibility of the appropriately licensed treating healthcare provider and its qualified personnel.
B3. No guarantee of suitability or results
Hair transplant outcomes vary according to donor supply, hair characteristics, hair-loss progression, health, healing, treatment planning and other individual factors. No particular graft number, density, growth rate, natural appearance or final result can be guaranteed. A photographic estimate is preliminary and may change after examination.
B4. Procedure risks and recovery
Hair transplantation involves risks and potential side effects, including discomfort, swelling, bleeding, infection, scarring, altered sensation, temporary shedding, poor graft growth, uneven density and dissatisfaction with the cosmetic outcome. Other complications may occur. The treating provider should explain material risks, alternatives and expected recovery in language you understand before you consent.
B5. Technique and technology statements
Descriptions of Sapphire FUE, DHI, PRP, Graft-Tech or other techniques and supportive services are informational. A named technique or product is not proof of superior results for every patient. The appropriate approach, if any, is determined by qualified medical professionals after assessment. Do not interpret marketing terms as a clinical guarantee.
B6. Anaesthesia and comfort options
Any local anaesthesia or optional sedation is subject to medical evaluation and the treating provider’s protocols. Sedation carries risks and requires appropriate professional oversight. The availability, price and exact protocol of any Deep Sleep option must be confirmed directly.
B7. Medication and aftercare
Do not start, stop or change prescribed medicines, including hair-loss treatments or blood-thinning medicines, based on website content. Individual instructions for washing, activity, medication, follow-up and warning signs are supplied by the treating medical team. If online information conflicts with your written discharge instructions, contact the treating team for clarification.
B8. Urgent symptoms and emergencies
This website, email and ordinary messaging channels are not emergency medical services.
Seek urgent local medical care for severe or worsening symptoms, such as heavy bleeding, breathing difficulty, chest pain, high fever, rapidly spreading redness or other acute concerns. Contact the treating team as soon as possible, but do not delay emergency care while waiting for a reply.
B9. Before-and-after images and testimonials
Any patient photographs or experiences, if displayed elsewhere on this website, represent individual cases only and do not predict another person’s outcome. Images must be authentic, used with appropriate consent, and accompanied by context where required. Do not infer that all patients achieve comparable density, healing or satisfaction.
B10. International patient considerations
Travel for medical treatment involves additional planning. Patients should consider their health status, fitness to travel, insurance coverage, follow-up access and the possibility of complications after returning home. A travel package does not replace access to local healthcare or guarantee that treatment is medically appropriate.
B11. Your clinical questions
If you are considering treatment, request a personal assessment and ask the treating provider about alternatives, risks, the proposed technique, team roles and follow-up. A final decision should follow a suitable medical consultation and informed consent process.
