Hair transplant results. Look beyond the before & after.
A good hair transplant result should hold up to a closer look. Not just in one flattering photograph — but at the hairline, the crown, the direction of growth and the donor area that made the work possible.
At Maximum Istanbul, we believe the details deserve as much attention as the headline transformation. Explore verified cases when available, and learn what to look for in every result.
Individual results vary. Final maturation can take 12–18 months. Gallery entries appear only after verification and patient permission.
02 RESULTS GALLERY
Real cases. Real details. No shortcuts.
Every result deserves context. A single after photo cannot tell you how much hair was lost, how the donor was planned or how long the patient had been recovering.
Our gallery is designed to show consistent angles, realistic lighting and meaningful close-ups — not just the most flattering frame.
Verified cases will appear here.
We are preparing a gallery that meets our documentation and patient-consent standards. In the meantime, you can ask our team to discuss what is realistic for your individual case.
03 THE SIX CHECKS
Don’t just look at more hair. Look at the work.
- 01
The hairline.
Does the shape fit the face, age and remaining native hair?
- 02
Direction.
Does the hair sit naturally, including at the temples and transition zones?
- 03
Distribution.
Is the density placed where it makes the most visual difference?
- 04
The crown.
Are the swirl, coverage and realistic limitations clear?
- 05
The donor.
Was extraction planned to preserve a balanced appearance?
- 06
The timeline.
Are you comparing results at similar stages of growth?
04 HAIRLINE RESULTS
The first centimetre changes everything.
The hairline is where precision becomes visible. A natural-looking result depends on proportion, irregularity, direction, appropriate graft selection and how the new hair meets the existing hair.
We plan around the person in front of us — not a standard shape copied from another patient.
- Maximum Precision.
- Every angle. Every direction. Every detail.
05 DENSITY
A strong photo is not the same as strong evidence.
Hair length, styling, camera distance, wet or dry hair and lighting can dramatically change how dense a result appears.
That is why a useful before-and-after comparison should show similar angles and conditions. Where possible, close-ups help you judge the work rather than the hairstyle.
We do not promise the same density to everyone. Donor capacity, hair characteristics and the size of the recipient area set real limits.
06 CROWN
The crown deserves an honest conversation.
The crown can require significant graft resources because of its surface area and natural swirl. In patients with extensive hair loss, it may not be sensible to pursue maximum crown coverage in the first session.
Our priority is a balanced, long-term plan. Sometimes that means focusing on the frontal area first and discussing crown work later.
- Maximum planning.
- Not maximum promises.
07 DONOR AREA
The result has two sides.
The recipient area gets the attention. The donor area has to live with the decision.
A responsible plan considers extraction pattern, existing density, hair calibre and what may be needed in the future. Taking more grafts is not automatically better.
Look at donor-area photographs when comparing cases. A convincing frontal result should not come at the expense of avoidable donor damage.
08 GROWTH TIMELINE
Results take time. And they do not grow on a schedule.
- 01
First weeks
The scalp heals and early shedding of transplanted hairs can occur.
- 02
Months 2–4
New growth may begin; visible density can still look limited or uneven.
- 03
Months 5–8
More growth and gradual improvement in coverage are often visible.
- 04
Months 9–12
Many patients see substantial maturation, but finer changes may continue.
- 05
Months 12–18
Final refinement can continue, especially in slower-maturing areas such as the crown.
These are broad ranges, not a promise about your individual timeline. If healing or growth worries you, our team can review your progress.
09 INDIVIDUAL PLANNING
Same standard. Different starting points.
Two patients may receive the same level of attention and the same treatment philosophy yet achieve visibly different outcomes.
Donor supply, hair texture, contrast with the scalp, age, ongoing hair loss, previous procedures, medical factors and the recipient area all influence planning and results.
The aim is not to sell you a number. It is to develop a realistic plan for the hair you have today and the hair you may need to protect tomorrow.
10 EXPERIENCE
16 years of experience. Attention where it matters.
Our senior hair-restoration expert brings 16 years of experience to the treatment process, with direct involvement in consultation, design and key planning stages.
The procedure takes place within an authorized medical setting, with appropriate physician responsibility and anaesthesia support.
- Maximum Expertise.
- Backed by a team — not a tagline.
11 TECHNIQUE
Technology is a tool. Precision is the standard.
For suitable scalp cases, Maximum Istanbul uses a combined Sapphire FUE + DHI approach, supported by fine instruments selected for the patient and the task.
The technique names are not a substitute for planning, careful handling and the experience of the people involved.
We focus on the details that patients can actually evaluate: natural hairline design, considered donor management and a coherent treatment plan.
12 PHOTO INTEGRITY
What you see should be what happened.
Before-and-after photographs should help you make an informed decision — not create an illusion.
Our publication standard is simple: documented patient permission, accurate dates, truthful case descriptions and no digital manipulation of hair density, hairlines or visible outcomes.
Images should be comparable in angle, lighting and styling wherever practical. Any meaningful differences should be disclosed.
13 BRAND TRANSPARENCY
Maximum is new. Experience isn’t.
Maximum Istanbul is a new brand built around experienced people and a clear treatment philosophy. We will not pretend otherwise.
If we publish earlier work completed by a member of our current team, it will be identified as previous work rather than a Maximum Istanbul patient result, and only where the necessary permission and documentation exist.
You deserve to know whose work you are looking at.
14 YOUR CASE
Before you compare results, understand your own hair.
Photographs of another patient can show what is possible in that case. They cannot tell you exactly what is possible in yours.
Send clear photographs of your front, top, crown and donor area. Our team can review your starting point, discuss the likely priorities and explain whether transplantation may be appropriate.
- Send your photos.
- Receive an individual review.
- Discuss your options.
15 RESULTS FAQ
Straight answers. No perfect-result promises.
When will I see my final result?
Many patients continue to see maturation through 12 months, and some changes may continue to 18 months. Individual timing varies.
Will my result look like the photos?
Not necessarily. Every donor area, hair type and hair-loss pattern is different; photographs are examples, not guarantees.
Can you guarantee a certain density?
No. A responsible estimate depends on your donor, recipient area and medical assessment.
Why do some crown results look less dense?
The crown’s area and swirl can make coverage demanding. Long-term graft allocation matters.
Does a higher graft count mean a better result?
No. Appropriate placement and donor preservation matter more than a headline number.
Are all gallery cases Maximum patients?
Each case must clearly state its provenance. Previous work by current team members, if ever shown, will be labeled separately.
Can I have an assessment without booking?
Yes. Start with photographs and questions; there is no need to commit before discussing suitability.
The best result starts with a realistic plan.
You have seen what matters: hairline, direction, coverage, donor preservation and time. Now let us look at your hair.
