Contact Maximum Istanbul

The next step starts with a conversation.

Whether you are exploring a hair transplant, preparing for your visit or looking for an answer about your treatment, we will help you reach the right person.

02 Direct. Personal. Clear.

One conversation. A clear next step.

Tell us what you need. A question about techniques? Help understanding your options? A travel or booking enquiry? We will guide your message to the appropriate team member and explain what happens next.

We would rather give you a useful answer than rush you into a decision.

04 A dedicated path for your hair

Looking for a personal hair assessment?

A few clear photos can help us understand your current hair loss and the areas you want to improve. Start with our free preliminary photo assessment.

A photo review is an initial conversation, not a medical diagnosis or confirmation of suitability.

05 International patients

From your first question to your arrival in Istanbul.

Many of our patients contact us from abroad. We can help explain the assessment process, treatment planning and practical arrangements for travelling to Istanbul.

For eligible patients, the usual treatment journey is organised around three days and two nights. Your exact itinerary depends on medical assessment and scheduling.

06 Where treatment takes place

Istanbul. A private hospital setting.

Maximum Istanbul coordinates the patient journey for treatment in a private hospital environment in Istanbul, with medical care provided by the appropriately authorised clinical team.

We will share confirmed location and arrival instructions as part of your planning.

07 For patients already in our care

Already a Maximum patient?

If you have a booking or are recovering after treatment, contact your assigned patient coordinator using the details provided in your care instructions. This helps us locate your case and respond appropriately.

If you have urgent symptoms or believe you need immediate medical attention, contact local emergency services or seek urgent medical care rather than waiting for a website response.

08 What happens after you contact us

No guesswork about the next step.

  1. 01

    You reach out.

Write to our team by email.

  2. 02

    We review your enquiry.

Your message is directed to the relevant team member.

  3. 03

    We explain what comes next.

We may answer directly or request further information through an appropriate secure channel.

You are never required to reserve a treatment simply to ask a question.

09 A clearer standard of communication

Personal attention does not start on treatment day.

We limit the number of hair transplant patients treated each day to a maximum of two. The same focus on clarity and individual planning shapes the way we communicate before a visit.

We want you to understand your options, your next steps and the questions that still need answering.

Quick questions

Can I ask a question before sending photos?

Yes. You can contact us with a general question first. Photos are requested when needed for a preliminary hair assessment.

Is a free hair analysis the same as a medical consultation?

No. A photo-based review is preliminary; eligibility and treatment details require appropriate clinical assessment.

Can I contact you about travel arrangements?

Yes. Our team can explain the arrangements included in the confirmed treatment plan.

How do I contact you after my procedure?

Use your assigned patient coordinator and the aftercare instructions provided to you.

Do you offer support for international patients?

Yes. We coordinate enquiries and practical information for patients travelling to Istanbul.

Ready when you are.

A good decision begins with clear information. Ask your question, or start with a free preliminary hair analysis.
