03 A strong start
Read these first.
If you are new to hair restoration, begin with the fundamentals: your donor supply, the areas you want to improve, the treatment methods and what recovery really involves.
Our featured reading prioritizes clarity over trends. There is no “best” technique for every person, and more grafts do not automatically mean a better result.

The donor comes first.
- 02
Two techniques. One plan.
- 03
Recovery has a timeline.

05 What to look for
Compare the plan. Not just the promise.
When comparing hair transplant providers, ask who designs your hairline, how your donor area will be assessed, which medical professionals are responsible for your care and what happens after you travel home.
Ask what the quoted price includes. Ask whether your plan considers future hair loss. Ask to see real, consented results that show the hairline and donor area — not only the most flattering angles.
The answers should be specific to your case. A responsible assessment may also conclude that you should wait, seek medical evaluation or consider alternatives.
06 Technology has a role
The tool does not make the decision.
Sapphire instruments and DHI implantation tools have different functions. Their value depends on the treatment plan, the people using them and the needs of the area being treated.
At Maximum Istanbul, Combined Sapphire FUE + DHI is part of our approach for suitable scalp patients. We explain the reasoning rather than presenting one method as a universal upgrade.
07 The long view
Plan for the hair you have. And the hair you may lose.
Your donor supply is finite. Hairline design, crown coverage and the possibility of future hair loss all compete for the same limited resource.
That is why an assessment should consider your current pattern, existing hair, donor characteristics and longer-term goals. Sometimes the most responsible plan is more conservative than the highest graft estimate.
08 From research to recovery
A clear path, before you travel.
First, share clear photographs and relevant background information for a preliminary review. If treatment appears appropriate, we explain the proposed approach and practical next steps.
Your final suitability and treatment details depend on an in-person clinical assessment. After treatment, your recovery continues at home with aftercare instructions and follow-up support.
09 Cost & value
Know what your quote includes.
Our stated €2,500 complete scalp hair transplant treatment is intended to make the core offering easier to understand. What matters is the actual scope of care, suitability and confirmed inclusions — not a number in isolation.
Travel and treatment details should be confirmed in writing before booking. Additional or different procedures may require separate assessment and pricing.
10 How we write
Evidence over hype.
We aim to explain hair restoration in clear language, distinguish established clinical practice from emerging approaches and be open about uncertainty.
Guides are educational and cannot replace an individual medical assessment. Where a topic involves medical suitability, medication or complications, the final advice belongs to a qualified healthcare professional.
11 Your next step
Questions about your own hair?
Reading helps you understand the possibilities. A personal assessment helps you understand which possibilities may apply to you.
Send a few clear photographs and tell us what you want to improve. We will help you understand the next step — without treating a photo review as a final medical diagnosis.
