03 What we look at

Not just how many grafts.

Your current hair loss pattern. The quality and apparent coverage of your donor area. Your existing hair. Your preferred hairline or treatment goal. And whether the photos suggest that a closer medical assessment is needed.

A photo assessment can help start the conversation. It cannot reliably confirm donor density, diagnose the cause of hair loss or determine your final treatment plan.

    Face the camera so we can see your hairline and temples.

    Photograph the top of your scalp from above.

    Crown

    Show the crown clearly, even if it is not your main concern.

    Donor

    Photograph the back of your head, ideally including both sides if possible.

Use bright, even light. Keep hair dry and avoid filters, heavy styling products or flash glare. Ask someone to help if a view is difficult.

If you cannot take every angle, send the photos you have. We can guide you through the rest.

06 What happens next

A response with context.

We look at the photos and information you share. If the images are unclear, we may ask for another angle. If the request appears suitable for further consideration, we can discuss treatment planning, the role of your donor area and how a visit to Istanbul works.

Any graft estimate or treatment suggestion at this stage is provisional. Final suitability and planning require the treating medical team’s assessment.

Yes. Sending an initial assessment request does not obligate you to book treatment.

Do I need to know my graft count?

No. A preliminary discussion can start with your goals and photos; a definitive graft plan cannot be established from images alone.

Does a photo assessment confirm I am suitable?

No. Suitability depends on medical history, examination, donor characteristics and the treating team’s judgment.

Can I request a hairline, crown or female hair assessment?

Yes. Choose the area or treatment type in the form; some patterns of hair loss need additional medical evaluation.

How soon will you reply?
